Intrepid introduces 3 entirely new progressions and modifies both the Minor and Tertiary Progressions - with dramatic results!

Minor and Tertiary progressions traditionally were based on the position of the lunar return. In SELF-EVIDENT ASTROLOGY™ the Moon is perceived in the basis of its own characteristics. Because the significant motion of the Moon is the lunation and not the return, we introduce Day per Lunation and Lunation per Year progressions.

Three additional progressions are based on the nodes of the Moon. We know that the Sun has a fast (daily) motion and a slow (annual) motion. The Moon has slow motion (lunation). Intrepid offers slower cycles of the moon: Day per Node Cycle, Lunation per Node Cycle & Year per Node Cycle.

Note- Nodal progressions have both direct and retrograde motion, as do planetary arc directions.
