The Nines

The Nines express the solitary energy of the Hermit as four types of consciousness. The Hermit is the quintessential wise man. The Nines reflect four types or styles of wisdom concerning your needs and how they may be fulfilled.

In fact, the Nines indicate how you have reached full satisfaction of your needs and desires. When they appear in a reading, you know that you have available all that you need in a particular area of your life. The key is to have your eyes open so you can see and experience this richness.

Wands

The Nine of Wands represents as much as you need in the way of illumination. You have staunch backers who support your decisions, and you have intuitive insight to help you make those decisions. You have enough work to occupy yourself and some degree of success. A brief delay may postpone completion of a project.

Coins

The Nine of Coins represents as much as you need of family and household comfort. It incorporates concepts like money spent on associates; fruition of work; or satiety of material desire. Habit has grown into moral rectitude.

Swords

The Nine of Swords represents renunciation or its opposite. You may have recently experienced a quarrel, enmity, or a nightmare. You may wish for revenge, and you can get it, but at what cost? Pay attention to a dream that reveals a more creative path.

Cups

The Nine of Cups represents both a wish and its fulfillment. Emotional satisfaction comes when your wish is fulfilled, your hopes realized; and happiness achieved. Moral rectitude emerges out of a condition of satisfaction.
